การสำารวจการปนเปื้อน Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonellae และ E. coli O157: H7 ในเนื้อสัตว์ดิบที่จำหน่ายในตลาดสด เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล

ช่วงธันวาคม 2555 ถึง กุมภาพันธ์ 2557 สำนักคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยอาหาร กรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ ได้สำรวจการปนเปื้อนเชื้อโรคอาหารเป็นพิษ Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonellae และ E. coli O157:H7 ในเนื้อสัตว์ดิบ 90, 24 และ 108 ตัวอย่าง ตามลำดับ จากตลาดสด 28 แห่ง ในเขตกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล คือ ตรวจหา L. monocytogenes ในเนื้อไก่ หมู และวัว ชนิดละ 30 ตัวอย่าง ตรวจหา Salmonellae ในเนื้อชนิดละ 8 ตัวอย่าง และตรวจหา E. coli O157:H7 ในเนื้อไก่ หมู และวัว 26, 24 และ 58 ตัวอย่าง ตามลำดับ ผลพบ L. monocytogenes ในเนื้อไก่ หมู และวัว ร้อยละ 26.7, 6.7 และ 6.7 และ Salmonellae ร้อยละ 100, 87.5 และ 75 ตามลำดับ E. coli O157:H7 พบเฉพาะในเนื้อวัว ร้อยละ 15.5 สรุปเนื้อดิบเสี่ยงต่อโรคอาหารเป็นพิษ ควรบริโภคเนื้อปรุงสุกที่เตรียมอย่างถูกสุขลักษณะ และระวังการปนเปื้อนข้ามจากของดิบมาของสุก
