บทคัดย่อ

The objection of this survey research was to study on the nurse's gratification of the nursing administration at Laungphorpern hospital. The 27 samples of the Laungphorpern’s nurses in the nursing administration were given a questionnaire. The results of this research find that all of the nurses are female which mostly between the age of 31-40 years (74%). Most of the nurse was graduated in bacheIor’s degree (88.9%).

The experiences in nursing care are mostly 1-10 years (51.9%). The nurses are mostly the officer performer (66.67%). The sentiment of the nurse in the management of the nursing administration was being in line for the average (51.9%). The nurse's gratification of the nursing administration at Laungphorpern hospital was being in line for the average (48.2%). The relationship between the management of the nursing administration and the nurse is gratification have the significance meaning of 0.01 (P<0.01). From the multiple regression analysis, there are two variables factors that can predict the nurse’s gratification for the nursing administration which are the administrative work clarity and the ability of the internal management. They give 71.2% of pre-diction and the significance meaning (p < 0.01)
