รายงานผู้ป่วยเป็นอัมพาตจากพิษไข่แมงดาทะเล

บทคัดย่อ

          A 42 year-old man presented with paresthesia around the mouth, tongue and generalize progressed to paralysis of respiratory muscle, 3 hours after ingestion of Horse Shoe Crab. The patient required  mechanical ventilation and supportive therapy until completed recover in 8^th  day of admission. Dexamethasone and intensive care unit were important in the therapy. Review of the poisoning following the ingestion of Horse Shoe Crab.
