Solid and Papillary Epithelial Neoplasm of the Pancreas

A Case Report

A 23-year-old female presented with painless movable hard abdominal mass for 1 year. The operative findings showed a round hard consistency mass, freely mobile, adhere to 2^nd  part of duodenum and head of pancreas but no evidence of blending its tissue to duodenum or pancreas  and could be totally excised as a complete single mass. Histological examination showed solid and papillary epithelial neoplasm of pancreas. This tumor is very rare and low-grade malignant neoplasm. Surgical resection is usually curative. Prognosis is good.
