Objective : To analyze the necrotizing fasciitis in Somdejpraputhleratla Hospital in terms of incidence, clinical feature, location of infection, sign and symptom, microbiology, comorbidity, treatment and risk factors for mortality

Material and method : Retrospective study was performed in 63 patients who were diagnosed as necrotizing fasciitis during October 2007 to September 2008.

Results : 63 patients were reviewed, male 34 and female 29, mean of age was 60.57. The most common sites of infection were loot (58.7%) and leg (31.7%).
