The Study of Organization Climate as Perceived by Nakhonpathom Hospital Personnel

Abstract

The purpose of this descriptive study was to describe the level of organization climate as perceived by Nakhonpathom Hospital personnel. A sampling group composed of a number of 291 personnel from every group obtained by equally proportional stratified random sampling method. The questionnaire instrument was divided into three parts ; demographic data, the organization climate and suggestion. The said questionnaire was to study the reliability by a mean of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient which was at 0.85. Afterwards data of questionnaire were analyzed by frequency, percentage, the mean score and the standard deviation.

The result was that :

  1. The overall organization climate as perceived by Nakhonpathom Hospital personnel was at a moderate level.
  1. The organization climate as perceived by Nakhonpathom Hospital personnel in the area of the organizational structure, the responsibility, the reward, the risk, the warmth, the support, the performance, the conflict, the group royalty were also at a moderate level.
