Abstract

     A 29 year-old female patient presented with hypertension. The blood chemistry showed low serum potassium and high plasma renin activity. The imaging study showed normal duplex Doppler ultrasonography of renal arteries and computerized tomography of abdomen, so the diagnosis was essential hypertension.
