Surgical Diagnosis in Bloody Nipple Discharge by Microdochectomy

Abstract

       A single 37 years old female presented with bloody nipple discharge from right breast and no breast mass was palpable. She had anxiety about her symptom. And there is problem of management and diagnosis. Mammography and cytology did not help in diagnosis. This patient was undenrvent a probe guide microdochectomy. The pathological report was invasive ductal carcinoma. Microdochectomy is not a frequent procedure in general surgery. But it help to treat and diagnosis in abnormal nipple discharge.
