Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluated the result of the drug related problems in out·patients who infected with HIV virus in Paholpolpayuhasena Hospital. The number of patients with HIV virus include in this study was 176 patients. During they were treated with the antiretroviral drug. Pharmacist had evaluated the drug related problems. Pharmacist found that the most of the drug related problems was the adverse drug reactions 78 times that is 67% of all cases. And pharmacist solve the adverse drug reaction for the patients. The another roles of pharmacist could join with patients care team for the best result in taking care patients with infected HIV.
