Treatment of Molar Endodontic with Periapical Lesicn : A Case Report

Abstract

This report described the procedure of endodontic treatment in molar tooth with periapical lesion. Crown-down technique and Ni-Ti Rotary file was used. The canal was irrigated with 1% sodium hypochlorite and medicated with calcium hydroxide for 1 week before filled the root canal by lateral condensation technique. After 1 year follow up the radiographic showed disappear of the periapical lesion and tooth is function normally.
