Surgical Management of Olive oil Granuloma of Penis

Abstract

          This is a retrospective study about the outcome of surgical correction of patients sufferred from penileforeign material injection, The study was performed at Damnoensaduak hospital, Ratchaburi, from September1999 to December 2004. There were 30 patients undergone two-stage operation ; 1. Surgical removal ofgranuloma and scrotal flap coverage and 2.penile reconstruction by flap detatchment. The overall operativeoutcome was satisfied that the complications of penile foreign material injection including pain, swelling, peniledeformity, skin necrosis,ulcer, erectile dysfunction and painful intercourse were significantly decreased.
