Common Pathogens in Soft TissueInfection of In-Patient at Napalai Hospital

Abstract

          This Report was retrospective Study. The Objective was to study the common aerobic pathogenicbacteria in common soft tissue infection e.g. Post Traumatic Wound Infection, Abscess, Diabetic Foot, PressureUlcer. And to know bacterial sensitivity to antibiotic for appropriate prescription. All specimens from patientwere cultured within 48 hour after admission or on Operation day

          The result showed as followed, The Most common pathogenic bacteria in soft tissue infection is gramnegative bacteria in Enterobacteriaceae group more than gram positive group (Streptococcus, Staphylococcus). Except in patient who had spontaneous abscess, they of Gram positive infection more than Gramnegative infection
