Malignant Fibrous Histiccytoma of the Breast : A Case Report

Abstract

          A Case report of a 53 - year - old woman presented with a 4 - month history of an enlarging breast mass. Incisional biopsy of the mass showed a malignant non epithelium tumor. (most likely sarcoma), followed by modified radical mastectomy. She had not taken any postoperative adjuvant therapy. The histological examination was diagnostic of malignant fibrous histiocytoma and axillary lymph node were free from tumor metastasis. The diagnosis was supported by immunohistochemistry. After follow up about 6 months, she has not any metastasis.
