Hematologic Effect of Methotrexate in Psoriatic Patients at Prachuap Khirikhan Hospital

Abstract

          Retrospective study in psoriatic patients treated with methotrexate at prachuap khirikhan hospital during 1 May 2001 -31 May 2004. Complete blood count was analyzed in 15 patients who recieved 5 - 15 mg of Methotrexate Per week for 3 -32 months. We found slightly decrease in all series. But still in normal Values. One patient had Iymphocytopenia.
