Abstract

Health problems of OR personels were impacted from many problems. Environment and Human factors were major problems esp. emotional stress, excessive work and pollution from OR environment. Datas were collected from Annual health survey of Nakhonpathom Hospital in 2007. This descriptive retrospective study showed major health problems were hypercholesterolemia (64.86%) obesity (41.84%) abnormal liver function tests (SGOT 9.89% SGPT 8.80% Alkaline Phosphatase 6.76%) anemia (12.24%) hyperuricemia (6.76%) hypertension (4.08%) and DM (3.06%). Then the organizing policies should support these problems solving by making guideline for prevention and early treatment in the future.
