Factors Related to Sputum Examination for Tuberculosis of In-Patient at Photharam Hospital

Abstract

          This study was a survey research. The objective was to study Tuberculosis patients and factors such as demographic factor, knowledge of disease, knowledge of benefit, problem and health behavior related with sputum examination. The data collected by questionnaire in 43 patients at Photharam Hospital.

          The result were as followed, the factors related with sputum examination were the patients’ age and advisors’ health behavior. The relation were negative and positive significantl at the 0.05 level. (p < 0.05).
