Abstract

A girl came to hospital with RLQ pain and appendicitis was the diagnosis but her X-ray films show abnormality in many bones ; compatible with polyostotic fibrous dysplasia. Additional physical exam revealed café au lait spots and as related to previous history of precocious puberty ; Albright's syndrome was diagnosis.
