Abstract

          A case report of gastric leiomyoma in 78·year-old woman who pesented with abdominal pain and abdominal mass. The images of ultrasonography and UGI study revealed an epigastrial mass with an extrinsic compression to lesser cuwerture of the stomach. She was treated by explore Iaparotomy with excision of the mass and the result was good. Histopathology ofthe sections proved this mass to be leiomyoma.
