Unilateral Exophthalmos Caused by Cavernous Hemangioma

Abstract

          A case report of cavernous hemangioma of the Lt. Orbit presented with unilateral exophthalmos for 6 months. The diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma was made and preoperative plan was done with CT scan of the orbits. Left lateral orbitotomy with total tumor removal was done. The pathological section confirmed the diagnosis. The result of surgery was good.
