Survival rate of newborn was 96.8% and only 50.0% survival rate in newborn from group of less than 24 weeks of gestation. As for birth weight group, there was only 25.0% survival rate in newborn from under 1,000 gm. group and survival rate increase with more birth weight. There were guidelines for treatment and caring for preterm labour, but details for implementation on treatment and caring differ. Thus, the results from this study may be useful for developing further strategies for effective prevention, treatment, caring and reduce the evidence for preterm labour.
