Abstract

          A 32 year-old woman presented with pulsatile mass at left supraclavicular region. Physical examination revealed that there was a difference of 100 mmHg in systolic blood pressure between the arms and abdominal bruit. Angiography revealed findings of bilateral renal artery stenosis and aneurysm of left subclavian artery.
