Abstract

Familial endometriosis is a rare occurrence. Four cases of such endometriosis in sibling of the same parents are here reported. All presented with history of lower abdominal pain related to menstruation. History taking, physical and pelvic examination was done. Diagnosis was made postoperatively. Operative treatment was performed. Pathologic findings of endometriosis or adenomyosis confirmed preoperative diagnosis in all cases.
