Abstract

A case of women with primary amenorrhea, lower abdominal mass and severe abdominal pain was diagnosed with Partial Vaginal agenesis. Vaginal creation was performed without operative complication. The result was good. She can have menstruation, sexual function, fertility and prevent late complication from delay surgery such as peritonitis and endometriosis.
