Histoid (Lepromatous) leprosy

A First report case in Nakhonpathom Hospital

Abstract

A report case of an unusual form of lepromatous leprosy namely histoid Ieproma. The manner in which clinical and pathological of the lesion mimick a neoplasm has been described in detail. This is the first and the only case of histoid leproma in Nakhonpathom hospital even there  are many cases of leprosy found in Nakhonpathom hospital.
