Satisfaction of Social Security Patients towards Outpatient Department Service at Samutprakarn Hospital

Abstract

This study reports the satisfaction of social security patients who visited the Outpatient Department at Samutprakarn hospital. Data obtained from September to October 1997. The sample comprises of 200 patients, were selected by systematic sampling, 54 were male, 146 were female. The patient‘s satisfaction was divided into three parts : service, health personnel and place. The study showed that the patients were satisfied more than unsatisfied. Social Security Clinic has the highest satisfaction. Drug service had the lowest satisfaction.
