Adenocarcinoma of the Rectum in Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome

Abstract

Although harmatomatous polyp in Peutz-Jeghers syndrome have virtually no malignant potential, but they are associated with increased risk of cancer espectially in Gl system. This report showed one rare case who came to the hospital with Gl symptom and mass that proved to be adeno-carcinoma at rectum and finally A-P resection was performed.
