Bilateral Le Fort II Fracture at Hua-Hin Hospital

Abstract

A case of 25 years old man with Le Fort II Fracture caused by motorcycle accident was treated in Hau - Hin hospital with lntermaxillary wiring and craniomaxillary suspension. Post-operative result was good without complication.
