Abstract

          A 49 years old woman came to the hospital with lower abdominal mass for 1 month. The diagnosis was uterine Ieiomyoma and explore laparotomy  c TAH, BSO c Appendectomy was done. The uterus was enlarged about 18 weeks gestation. The pathological report was metastatic papillary adenocarcinoma of thyroid tissue to uterus. She was referred for further treatment at Siriraj Hospital.
