Abstract

A 28 years old woman presented with blur vision of right eye for 3 days. Posterior uveitis and multifocal exudative retinal detachment was noted. HARADA’S Disease was diagnosed and treated. One week later anterior uveitis was noted.

VOGT-KOYANAGI -HARADA SYNDROME was diagnosed with further investigation. Treatment with corticosteroid yielded good response. Early diagnosis and treatment could prevent visual loss complications of this syndrome.
