Tuberculosis of the Endometrium

Abstract

          A case report of tuberculosis of the endometrium presented with foul smell vaginal discharge. The uterus was enlarged and had pyometra. Dilatation and fractional curettage was performed. Pathological section was caseating granulomatous endometritis, suggestive of tuberculosis. She was treated by short course therapy of tuberculosis for 9 months. The result was good but should be followed up.
