Dysphagia from an Uncommon Cause : A case Report

Abstract

          A 55 years old man presented with dysphagia. He was admitted several times from abdominal pain and hematemesls. Investigation and operative finding showed stricture of EG junction, causing complete obstruction of distal end of the esophagus. Pathological report suggested reflux esophagltis. Esophagogastrostomy with pyloroplasty yielded good result.
