Abstract

Quality control (Q.C.) is an important participate administration, for the purpose of human resource development. Continuous and resonable thinking, management and problem solving are quality which coursed the work improvement, the nurse department of Makarak hospital has made use of  Q.C. for nursing service development in term of a project for the responsible of the Ministry of Public Health policy according to the 7th  Economic and Social Development Plan. This Q.C. was started since December 1991 to the present time. The result was found out that the nurse personals could be able to solve their problems effectively. Also the Q.C. promotion was given by the high range administrative personels. The good grade of nursing service was expected.
