Sertoli Cell Tumor of the Ovary with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

Abstract

A 44 years old woman came to hospital with abnormal uterine bleeding for 3 months. There was a 10 cms of pelvic mass and the tissue from fractional curettage was proliferative endome- trium. Explore Iaparotomy was done. Right ovary became a 10 cms yellow lobulated solid mass with rupture of capsule. The tissue diagnosis was well differentiated Sertoli Cell tumor. She was refered for further therapy to Siriraj Hospital.
