Nursing Care in Dislocation of Cervical Spine (C5-C6) in Nakhonpathom Hospital
Abstract
A patient diagnosed as dislocation of C5—C6 with rupture disc C5-C6. He was operated with Smith-Robinson bone graft operation. Post total stitch off non-union bone graft complication was found. The patient on skull traction again. Total admitted for 96 days.
Nursing care was very important and nursing process was functional health pattern.
