Abstract

          A retrospective study of neural tube defects in Nakhonpathom hospital during October 1993 - September 1994 revealed 13 cases of neural tube defects (anencephaly 11, Spina bifida 2). There were 5,765 total births. Prevalence of neural tube defects were 2.3 per 1,000 total births.
