The Study of Accidental Patients in Paholpolpayuhasena Hospital, Kanchanaburi

Abstract

           A retrospective study of random sampling 500 accidental patients in Paholpolpayuhasena Hospital Kanchanaburi during in October 1992 to September 1995 was mostly found as follows. The causes were traffic accident (59.8%). The patients were male (70%), in 16-20 years of age (21.4%), workers (39.2%) and staying in Umper Maung Kanchanaburi. Times of arrival to hospital were in  04.31-12.00 P.M. (44.8%). The involved organs, types of wound and results of treatment were upper  extremity (19.6%), extemal laceration wound (46.8%) and no admission (68.4%) respectively.
