The Study of Vasovasostomy by Macrosurgical Technique

Abstract

          From B.E.2523-2535, 12 Vasovasostomies were treated by Macrosurgical technique, using nylon No 1 with normal needle to distal and proximal lumen of Vas deferens, pulls the tip of Nylon No 1 together, tip of distal and proximal lumen was anastomosed as seen, sutured with-Nylon 50 for 5-6 stitches.

          Vasovasostomy by Macrosurgical Technique is an easy procedure and yields satisfactory result. It is suitable for our rural people, for it causes less expenses, less time, and has no-need to have a specialist or high medical technology. At the same time, this procedure is good for rural general practitioner and can be performed in rural hospitals.
