Atmosphere of Working Before-After Quality Improvement at Photharam A Hospital

Abstract

          This research was to study atmosphere of working before-alter quality improvement by using total Quality Management TQM or Continuous Quality improvement CQI concepts and methods. The sample was 342 health persons in Photharam hospital. The study was descriptive and collection of data by using questionaire. The result was found that total atmosphere of working after improvement  was better than before;especiaIly responsibilities and creative thinking found significant difference (p<0.05).

          It was recommened that TQM/CQI concepts and methods could be use to improve service in the hospital for satisfaction of the customer and atmosphere of working as well.
