Endodontic Treatment of Geminated Tooth

Abstract

          Gemination is a rarely encountered developmental abnormality and it is not always possible to differentiate between  emination and fusion between a normal tooth and a supernumerary tooth. In this case report the maxillary right lateral incisor (geminated tooth) with two incompletely separated crowns and one root with two root canals in coronal portion and one root canal in middle and apical portion was treated endodontically by lateral condensation root canal filling technigue.
