Paget's Disease of The Nipple : Report of Two Cases

Abstract

          We report 2 cases of breast lesions presented with chronic eczematoid lesions in their right breasts and were pathologically proven to be Pagefs disease of the nipple by excision biopsy. Case I was found to have negative finding for breast mass and axillary lymph node and was still healthy after seven years post modified radical mastectomy of the right breast. Case ll was found to have a mass 3 cm in diameter and positive right axillary lymph nodes, pathological report of the modified radical mastectomy specimen confirmed to be invasive ductal carcinoma with Paget's disease and skin involvement and axillary metastasis of 1 in 19 lymph nodes. She was referred to received further management at Siriraj Tumor Clinic, unfortunately this stage 3b breast cancer case denied chemotherapy + radiotherapy regimen and lost to follow up.
