Abstract

          Rabies is an accidental communicable disease transferred from some kinds of animals (mostly of Dog and Cat) to the human beings. It is a dangerous disease for which there is no specific treatment. Therefore, all rabies patients must die. Fortunately, there is still the only effective way to protect a person who contacts rabies, prevention by vaccination, but the cost of the vaccine is very expensive for Thai people comparative to their economic status.

          Having long been studied, the most effective way, the Universal Precaution for Rabies can safe with the lowest cost the life of people contacted with the disease.
