Breech Delivery in Potharam Hopspital

Abstract

          A three years study of breech presentation delivery at Potharam Hospital (from 1991 -1993). The 92 pregnancies with breech presentation were study for incidence, relation between mode of delivery and fetal size and various maternal characters. 40 cases of them were vaginal delivery and the other 52 cases were caesarean delivery. No severe morbidity, but 2 stillbirth and 1 hydrops fetalis.
