Analysis of Factors Affecting the Result of intramuscular Lens Implantation

Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the hospital course of the patients who had cataract extraction and IOL implantation in Paholpolpayuhasena hospital. A total of 70 cases were female for 55.71%, age 60-79 years for 70%, income 1,001-2,000 baht per month 70% and total cost of 20,001 -30,000 baht in 50% of cases.

There were no intra operative and immediate post operative complication, when compare duration of hospital course with age, sex, occupation, living place, knowledge and type of cataract, there were no statistical significant.
