Mullerian Dysgenesis : Three Cases Report.

Abstract

          Three cases of women with primary amenorrhea were treated in Chaoprayayomraj hospital. The diagnosis of two cases were classic cases of Mullerian agenesis (Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster Hauser Syndroms) and one case was Mullerian Dysgenesis (partial vaginal agenesls). The Treatment were education, Frank's nonsurgical technique and vaginal creation. The result were good.
