Abstract

          The objectives of this study are to study the level of satisfaction of insured-workers towards in-patient hospital services in the area of convenience, hospital surroundings co-ordination and medical information. The study was carried out by a questionare to 65 insured-workers registered at Prachaupkhirikhan hospital, the in-patient group. Results reveal that most of the insured-workers have high level of satisfaction. The area of dissatisfaction in this study were inadequate of health personels, long waiting-time, cleanliness of hospital surroundings, inadequate information and hospital rules and poor communication about medical information.
