Abstract

                 Transplantation is good psychologically to allows the patient time to accept the eventuality of a prosthesis, to provide esthetics, phonetic and function, and to help maintain developing occlusion in the younger patient. After the history has been collected and a thorough examination has been completed either clinical or radiographical. The dentist is prepared to select a course of treatment for his patient. Careful planning is of the utmost importance for a successful transplantation of exarticulated teeth.

                Two cases of transplantation were reported. Both of them had the tranplanted teeth embeded to the extracted sites. The result was highly appreciated.
