Reversal of Tubal Sterilization with Simple Method

Abstract

          Thirteen patients underwent reversal of sterilization. All of cases had been sterilized by Pomeroy method. Four subjects have never come back for follow up. There were 8 pregnancies in 9 subjects (88.89 %) , 7 normal pregnancy (77.8%) and one (11.15 %) was ectopic pregnancy at non operative obstructed tube. All cases were done by simple technique tuboplasty which  anastomosis tube by mucomuscular layer suture and non canular splinting retention and the contast media was spillated in post operative hysterosalpingography (100 %).
