Abstract

Calcifying odontogenic cyst is a cystic lesion form by odontogenic tissue. This is a report of a patient, 21 year old female, who came to my attention with a large painless lesion of the gum. The diagnosis was made by the physical and radiographic appearances. This was confirmed by pathological findings. Removal of the cyst was successful. There was no recurrence  after the 4th  year of follow up.
