Abstract

          A case report of 2 year IUD user after delivering her first child for 41 days. The patient presented with lower abdominal pain and wanted pregnancy. The examinator missed IUD threads. Various types of investigation were performed. Exploratory laparotomy was done and the IUD was found in the right fallopian tube.
