Cryptococcosis : Report of 1 case in Petchaburi Provincial

Abstract

          A case of Cryptococcal Meningitis was fcund in Petchburi Hospital. The Patient was 32 years old woman who had headach for 10 days. Cryptococcal neoformans were found in cerefrospinal fluid. She was treated with 5  fiuoro  cytosene and Amphotericin B. History, etiology, epidemiology. Clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of cryptococcosis was also reviewed.
